Our Family
Sara and George first met in 2008 at Primi Urban Café, George’s family restaurant in St. Pete. After marrying in 2012, they spent a decade traveling the world before returning to the place where it all began. Now, as a family of four, they are back in St. Pete, pursuing their passions and putting down roots in the community they love.

George von Waltsleben
With a culinary career spanning nearly two decades, George started his career in award-winning Tampa Bay restaurants before taking his skills to the high seas as a superyacht chef, cooking for the world’s elite. It was during his travels in 2014 that he first discovered the power of microgreens. After seven years on yachts, he transitioned to working as a private chef before taking a near two-year sabbatical. Now, driven by his passion for growing, George has set his sights on cultivating fresh, nutrient-dense microgreens.

Sara von Waltsleben
Sara holds a degree in finance and studied massage therapy at the Aveda Institute in St. Pete in 2008. After marrying George, she embarked on an exciting career in the yachting industry, serving as a chief stewardess and leading a team on luxury charters. Following the start of their family, she devoted herself to being a full-time mother. Now back in St. Pete, Sara has returned to her passion for massage therapy, specializing in energy healing. An incredible artist, she also finds joy in expressing herself through watercolor painting.
